During our recent family city break at the Koncept Hotel Löie, we found it to be a delightful blend of modern convenience and charming history. The refurbished hotel offered us a comfortable stay, with a soundproof room that provided a much-needed escape from the bustling city outside. We particularly appreciated the efficient self check-in, which made our arrival smooth and hassle-free, allowing us to focus on the exciting days ahead. Located right by the Emmen Valley, the hotel's proximity to wonderful hiking trails was a hit with everyone. We took a short stroll to the nearby Trattoria dei Leoni for a taste of delectable Italian cuisine, which was perfect after a day of exploration. The hotel's unique décor, especially the stunning lion photographs adorning the walls, added a touch of character that resonated with our family's adventurous spirit. While the room could have used some coffee facilities, we made do with the nearby café and enjoyed our time soaking in the hotel's whimsical atmosphere. Koncept Hotel Löie provided a cozy, convenient base for our little adventure, and I'll definitely be recommending it to friends back in Auckland who appreciate a touch of Swiss charm along with their outdoor escapades!
